The Ledges Golf Club | York ME
This lot was described a rocks, trees, and a lot of dirt. Mick was a key partner in the initial transformation of this club landscape to the present 18-hole course and supporting buildings. Formally named “The Best New Golf Course in New England” by Golf Magazine, the quality work performed by our team has been the foundation of this successful business.
Dover Housing Authority | Dover NH
This nearly half a million dollar project has been one of our larger projects over the past several years. This included a parking lot expansion at Central Towers.
Berwick Academy | South Berwick ME
This project struck a personal note with founder Sam Mick. As an alum, Sam found a way to stay in budget, on time, and help shape the school for future generations. Some of the projects on campus that Mick has been responsible for include:

City of Dover | Dover NH
No list of past projects would be complete without the famous dropping of the Washington Street Bridge in Dover many years ago. The controversial decision to remove and clear out the entire bridge took a great deal of experience, ingenuity and gumption. Taking into consideration the tide schedule and the safety and efficiency of his crew, project leader Sam Mick made a complicated project relatively simple.
